TERMS AND CONDITIONS
You have 15 days from your order being shipped to lodge your return. Once lodged you have up to 7 days to post your return back to us.

Returned items must be unworn, unused, free from scent and in original unmarked condition with all tags attached.

  • Full priced items can be returned for a full refund or store credit.
  • We do not accept returns on any products marked as Final Sale

If your return does not comply with these conditions, your item/s will not be accepted and will be returned to you at your own cost. 

AUSTRALIA:

  • A $19.99 AUD flat rate shipping cost applies to all return options, and will be deducted from your refund.
  • Our return portal will generate an NZ Post standard shipping label, so please allow 3-6 working days, once shipped for your return to be received back to us
  • Standard Returns: Once you have lodged a standard return through our returns portal please send back your return within 7 days. Once we receive your return, please allow 3-7 business days for your return to be processed. You will receive a confirmation email once we have processed the return.

RETURN OPTIONS

RETURN FOR REFUND:

  • If you choose to return for a refund via our standard returns portal, you will be refunded via the original payment method only.
  • If you use a store credit to partially pay for your order, the refund will firstly go back onto the store credit and any remaining balance will be returned to your alternative payment method. 
  • Please refer to your location as to when your return for a refund will be processed

FAULTS

If you think you have received a faulty or incorrect item, please contact us within 24 hours of receiving the package via our contact page with all faults and digital images of the issues found. We are happy to replace goods in the case of a manufacturing fault.

DsheByDee does not accept returns on items damaged by general wear and tear. DsheByDee reserve the right to determine a genuine fault in the clothing.

If an item is deemed as having manufacturer damage/fault, you will not incur any additional costs, and will be offered a replacement item or a refund/store credit.

EXCHANGES

Due to high turnover of stock we do not offer exchanges at this time. If you have purchased an item but want a different size or colour, we recommend:

1. Lodging a return for your item

2. Once your return has been processed, you will receive a store credit

3. Use your store credit to re-purchase the item

STOCK AVAILABILITY

DshebyDee makes every effort to ensure stock levels are accurate at time of purchase. However, if the item(s) you have ordered is not available, you will be issued a store credit or refund for the out of stock item.

DELIVERY DAMAGE

If you think your order has been damaged during transit, please send us photos and details within 24 hours of receiving the damaged package. Please contact us via email at info@dshebydee.com with all details.

INCORRECT ITEMS

If you have received an item outside of your specified order, an incorrect size or colour, your order will be amended at no cost to you. Please contact us with any photos of the item and we will send you further information on how to proceed. We will endeavour to get the correct item to you within a normal or express timeframe. If the item is out of stock we will refund you the full cost of the item and all initial shipping costs.

When returning the incorrect item, please ensure due care is taken to return the item to the Distribution Centre in its original condition. All returned goods must be unused and in their original condition. you will not incur any additional costs to return the item.
