Shipping Policy

At DSHE by Dee, we are committed to ensuring your orders are delivered promptly and accurately. Below are the details of our shipping policy, including fulfillment, delivery, and modifications.

Shipping Regions

We currently ship to addresses in New Zealand (NZ) and Australia (AU).

Fulfillment and Dispatch

  • Orders are fulfilled and dispatched within 24-48 hours from the time your order is placed.
  • Operating Hours: Orders are processed between Monday to Friday, 7:00 AM – 5:00 PM.
  • Orders placed after 12:00 PM on Friday will be processed the following Monday (excluding public holidays).
  • During busy periods, promotional events, or sales, there may be slight delays in dispatching your order.

Shipping Carrier

All orders are delivered via NZ Post, ensuring reliable service.

  • You will receive tracking updates via email or SMS once your order has been dispatched.
  • Delivery time frames are as follows:

  • Non-continental orders may experience longer shipping timeframes.
  • Once your order has left our Distribution Centre, delays caused by the courier are beyond our control.

Order Modifications

  • If your order has not shipped, we may be able to make changes (e.g., updating the delivery address). Contact us as soon as possible at info@dshebydee.com to request changes.
  • If your order has already shipped, changes may not be possible. However, you may contact the courier directly (details are provided in your tracking information) to request updates.

Important Notes:

  • While we will do our best to accommodate changes, we cannot guarantee that modifications can be made due to the high volume of orders processed daily.
  • If an incorrect delivery address is provided, we are unable to refund your purchase or replace the goods. Please ensure your address is correct at checkout.

Returning an item:

Firstly, thank you for purchasing from D-SHE , we are sorry that your item did not work out.

Full priced products can be returned or exchanged providing it's in a saleable condition . If you intend to return an item:

· Please ensure that all tags and packaging are still attached.

· Items must not have been worn, altered or washed. We will not accept returns for any non-faulty items that have been used.

· The original invoice must accompany the returning item(s)

Returns and exchanges will be accepted for items within 10 days of purchase.

Items must be returned to D-SHE within 14 days of delivery. If the return exceeds our 14 day policy, we unfortunately will not be able to process your return and your order will be shipped back to you at an additional charge.

D-SHE does not refund any shipping costs. The cost of the shipping on a returned item will be your responsibility unless the item sent is deemed to be faulty or has been sent in error by D-SHE.


Refunds:


D-SHE will notify you once we’ve received and inspected your return, and let you know if the refund was approved or not. If approved, you’ll be automatically refunded on your original payment method. Please remember it can take some time for your bank or credit card company to process and post the refund too.

Please note: if we receive your return in a condition which we feel is not fit for exchange or refund we shall get in touch with you to discuss next steps. D-SHE reserves the right to refuse a return or exchange for any item sent back in a condition where the item has been used or damaged. Only items which D-SHE confirm as new and unused will be eligible for a return or exchange, so that they have reached our returns department within the time frame outlined above (unless otherwise arranged with and agreed to by D-SHE.

Exchange Policy:

You can make your exchange request to nfo@dshebydee.com with EXCHANGE in your subject heading.

Please keep in mind that exchange requests are subject to availability and items cannot be secured for exchanges.

You will incur any shipping costs for returning items to be exchanged. D-SHE does not refund any exchange shipping costs. The exchanged item will be sent once the returned product has been received (within 14 days) and undergone a quality control check back at head office. Please be aware that you will incur an additional shipping charge for the delivery of the replacement item.


Sale items:

D-SHE cannot offer returns, refunds or exchanges on sale items or gift cards so please choose carefully.

Damages and issues:

Please note each item purchased is quality control checked prior to being sent out.

Please inspect your order upon receipt and contact us immediately if the item is defective, damaged or if you receive the wrong item so that we can evaluate the issue and help to resolve.
